Where we come from and where we are going
MUSZKIETER Group is a family business founded by Anna and Rafał Chmiel in 1997. We started passenger transport operations in 2001, when we received our first carrier licence. We began with scheduled bus routes across the Świętokrzyskie region: Busko-Zdrój – Kielce – Radom – Warsaw, Busko – Kielce – Piotrków – Łódź, Kielce – Sandomierz – Tarnobrzeg, Kielce – Busko-Zdrój – Kazimierza Wielka. We carried ordinary people who needed to get somewhere — not tourists, not corporations.
How we grew
Over time, bookings for day trips, weddings and pilgrimages started coming in. The fleet expanded. Today we operate 180 vehicles — VDL, Scania, Mercedes-Benz and Irisbus coaches, minibuses, and vehicles adapted for passengers with disabilities. We run our own service workshop, hold domestic and international WITD licences, and carry verified references from municipalities, schools and public institutions.
Why Krakow
We are based in Kielce. We are now opening in Krakow — because Krakow is the tourism, congress and business capital of southern Poland. We are not the most recognised name here. Not yet. But we have 24 years of transport experience and we work twice as hard as those who take their reputation for granted. We want to be the number one coach hire company in Krakow. That is why we are here.
